Welcome to Music with Mandy!

Today is my birthday and as a gift to myself I am officially launching Music with Mandy! For years I have been working as a music educator, teaching students aged 6 months to 75 years old. I have been lucky enough to connect with many different types of people from many different walks of life but there is one thing that connects them all: music. I hope that through Music with Mandy I can connect more deeply with my community here in Calgary, Alberta and across Canada.

Jazz is my first musical love and that’s the vehicle I will use to foster relationships with the families I meet. Every show I do will feature artists big and small (in size, age and experience) from all different genres. Each show will be family friendly and provide a place where people can experience music in whatever ways feels most comfortable. You can sing at the top of you lungs, dance like no ones watching or just sit back and enjoy the show. There is no wrong way to enjoy music.

I am very excited about this adventure. It is a new project but I feel like I have been working towards it my whole life.
